@@znave1 2k for the bare bow. set up is 3200 minimum. And I said 2 dozen who can actually justify the expense. Everything else is the vanity expense of rich kids and the financially illiterate.

Average working men buy the RX-7 which is just as expensive. Crazy what bow prices are and where they are going and it’s because people keep buying them! Still a machined piece of aluminum with some carbon limbs like bows twenty years ago but costs substantially more! Inflation… gotta love it…

Hey bud I just came across a older PSE Nova not sure what year it was made .I got the box case 12 Easton Xx75 2314 arrows and 12 Spitfire 125 gran broadleaf everything cost me $100 dollars.any how peak weight is only 60 pounds is there anything I can do to make it faster I watched you twist the cables to make draw weight hier

Being content with what you already have (regardless of brand) is easy these days. Mission hasn't released a new affordable compound bow since their 2019 line up. Why is that?
Overpriced flagship bows have become a big yawn! We are not paying more for less, but we have reached a point where we are paying more for the same. My 10 year old bow has a nice draw cycle, solid backwall, is easy to tune, quiet at the shot, and is super accurate. If someone stole my currrent bow, I would miss it terribly. I'm not bashing today's new bows, but I no longer suffer from "bow envy".
I've grown to love & appreciate what I already have. If you are just starting out, however, today's bow options are awesome! If spending big bucks on new flagship compound bows is your thing, Mathews ( & most other brands) have that covered for you!

I just purchased a Title 38, of all the top end target bows I tested, the Title 38 was the best for me. As for the cost, you can spend more for other passions but archery is mine 😊.

You waste so much loop material when you don't measure the exact length you need to make the loop size you want. Start at 4-3/16" for a short D-loop, 4-5/8" for a medium D-loop, and 4-3/4" for a long D-loop. Of course, these lengths are pre-melted ends. You can melt both ends and install the D-loop, and then spread the knots apart to tie in your soft nocks. Then, push the loop's knot towards the soft nocks and tighten down the D-loop.. Sure, it takes a bit more time, but you save a lot of money on loop material.

I just tie mine with a long piece then cut the one long tail off, and put it away. No waste at all.

In bow strings I have gotten the longest and most consistent life out of my JAM bowstrings out of Northern California it was b99 natural and I got 2 years out of them 2 western classics 2 indoor seasons and thousands of arrows in practice
The rival pro should have been re-engineered, it was a killer all around bow

Is their actually a reason you want slight differences between your hunting bow and target bow ? Or if you really wanted, could you put your hunting set up on a target bow if you didn’t necessarily want to get two different bows ? Or what would you suggest. ?
Target and hunting bows will perform in their respective fields better than the other due to what they are designed for, but there is absolutely no reason you can't set up a hunting bow to shoot target, or hunt with a target bow, lots of people do. They are just generally geared towards their respective fields. There are also many bows that kinda fall into a hybrid category where they perform pretty good in both fields. Before I got a dedicated target bow, I had my v3x 33 set up to both hunt and shoot indoor target.
$2100 bare, just under $1000 minimum for the stabilizers and weights, and a $400 double mount?
This thing better win tournaments for you or everyone would be better off buying a used trx, supra, echelon, or whatever the hoyt offering from 4 years ago was.
Or just get a new PSE Lazer for less than half the cost of new target bows

100% agree my friend. I just picked up another TRX yesterday for a smoking good deal. It is the 36, and I already have a 38g2 ...I paid literally less than 1/3rd of the price of a Title.... and it is a 2023 model, basically brand new. Let people scramble to get the title... and we can clean up the beautiful bows they are selling for peanuts. You could literally buy a TRX 36, a TRX38 G2, and a TRX 40 right now used, for the same price as 1 Title 38. Its wild. Used is the way to go in archer. Bows depreciate so fast. If I want a title, then I just have to wait a couple years for them to sell used for 1000 bucks.

i would like to set up the cam lean of my title 38.
I take as a measurement: the arrow resting on the flat of the cam. the arrow point must arrived at the center of the nocking point.
but my arrow point comes out the equivalent of one and a half arrow point.
i would like adjusting the pulley alignment.

How inaccurate is a whisker biscuit in reality? I’ve had one for forever and I’ve recently been thinking about getting a newer, more modern rest but I’m not sure if it’s even worth it.

Why is it that target bows have straighter risers, whereas hunting bows tend to have limb pockets that extend out in front of the grip?

Idk this look so inspired to Bowtech recon... i am a mathew guy but i wouldn't spend that much for this... i mean 12" stabilizer is made put of 30$ ergal bar, 5$ brass and few more of rubber, add 20-30$ of crafting process in a big factoery able to optimize the work for 60-70$ total... price tag 270$ i undestand that they have to bring home the bread but they could giustify the price for the bow as engineering costs but the rest is almost a scam to the customer

how do you fix peep rotation? my hunting bow “v3x” is starting to twist bad. when i get to full draw i can’t even see out of the peep its so crooked
Put a half or full twist in the string.
