To those making insensitive comments saying the victim is lazy or she is an aje-butter or why didn't she fight back, please realise that this kind of bullying is often perpetrated by someone who has an obvious advantage over the victim. It may be physical size or strength or both, or just having the support of those around the bully against the victim. Sometimes as in this case, it is better for the victim to remain calm in order not to aggravate the bully then seek redress later.

As a student of the school where this is happening, I personally agree that Nigerian politicians have something to do with this. The bully’s father is a custom officer working with the Nigerian government who paid the school to stay silent on the matter. Although the school is at fault, you can’t blame just the school. The father, the bully and the other people that bullied her are at an undeniable fault.
For those saying she should have fought back, do you even know what would, she was a senior and had supporters around. For those saying the mum shouldn't have slapped the bully,if you were in her shoes you would have done worse. At least a scapegoat is needed also it should be checked with this young lads joining cults now what boldness and effontry. At least someone posted the video God probably allow the error of one of them post it. I am very sure many of these things do happen and we do not see it.

If that woman were the girl's mother, it means the girl learnt bullying from her mother, and if she isn't the girl's mother, her children wherever they are are also learning from her that slapping is a way to solve this kind of issue.
