As a native Texan from country music land, who loathes “line dancing” worse than an abscessed tooth, I have to say THIS converted me ! This is the coolest dance I’ve seen ! There’s something so addicting about it. These guys are amazing dancers. Thanks for sharing, love it ! 😁

This is Swing dancing (Swing Jazz). It is from the U.S.A. My grandmother and great Aunt use to swing dance back in the 1930's - '40's.
It's not like dancing, they just happened to be in lines, but I'm happy to see that you like Swing Jazz dancing.❤

I've watched it several times and it always captures my boogie and fun side. I just now noticed the man in the crackerjacks and dixie cup. I am a Navy vet and still love a sailor in his dress whites (even though I married a Marine...35 yrs and two sons later, I still love a man in his crackerjacks). ;-)

This video never gets old! Always cheers up my day. What I really loved is that young girl on the right in the red skirt. Most young people gave gotten away from these types of things. It will be nice to have someone pass it on to the next generation. I just saw the tutorial today with Marcus and was surprised to see that this was in Muncher. My mother was born in 1932 not too far from that in Radldorf, close to Straubing.

the guy in the navy suit is by far the better dancer, i thought a first it was the one in the white shirt but after a few watches its the guy in the suit his body is smooth not jerky .but all are very good imagine trying that , whoa.!!!!

Curious why there were no women on the"front line"? Was watching them dance in the background and they're every bit as good. Is this a traditional thing?
No, it's because the moves of the women are inverted to those of the men, like they would be if they were dancing as pairs. Since they don't want to run (dance) into each other there is a front row of men, then one of women, then one of men again.
Of course they could have had the Ladys in front. Why they chose it like that I don't know :D
Its because the guy in the blue suit, first row, in the middle is the author of Killer Boggie Markus Koch himself...so he leads the dance...and the it goesas you said. :)
