Walmart sells some huge ice trays made of some sort of rubber I bought 6 that I use after making my ice tea and pour them full and place in the freezer for the use of putting in my next day ice tea. It tastes the same as your daily concoction and doesn't water it down like a normal ice cube does. You end up making a bit more of your daily mix to replenish the ice trays for the next day brew. 😀

Sometimes, I love to use mint teas in my tea. I don't crush them but I do like the suddle flavor it gives.

Bit late to the game, but using boiling hot water, takes a way some of the health benefits of the tea leaves

Honey or white sugar it doesn't matter the body uses them both in exactly the same way and both are natural products. The body doesn't know the difference between honey or white sugar.

Good information to know, i prefer honey over sugar in my tea tho. Thank you for the comment. 😊

White sugar is refined which basically has no benefits whatsoever, your body will start storing it wherever it wants, honey has 100+ benefits for the body, so I highly extremely recommend to switch to brown sugar which is natural!! White sugar is the number one killer for our blood, bones, muscle, especially our heart. The body doesn’t react well to unnatural foods and substances, health is wealth yes
