Here in Ca the clients normally dictate what they want the guards or officers to wear. Most of the conservative companies will have you wear as much non tactical gear as you can because they want the workers and guests not to be intimidated, just depends on the client.

Your plate carrier is sitting to low brotha you need it high up just below the sternal notch, the “U”-shaped divot at the top of the sternum. This positions the plate to protect vital organs like the heart, lungs, and liver, as well as major vessels like the aorta and superior and inferior.
Your vest isn’t doing as much good as it should because it’s hanging to low and appears to be too small for you because it’s not covering your entire torso.

Your vest is to low, top needs to be in the area of the top of the sternum not above your nipples.
If you do a black tie, gotta be a clip on tie, seen folks get choked out easier with they own tie, least a clip on has a higher chance of coming off
