So glad to see this, thank you for the tour!!! I am proud to have helped to build this boat at Delta Marine installing woodwork components for Belina Interiors of Tacoma, Wa building the staterooms. We all took so much pride in what we did while building her! I am going to share this with my friends who also helped to build this wonderful piece of floating art. Thank you Graham Berwind (first owner) (1928-2010) and all else who continue to take care of the Laurel! I wish I could afford to come on board again someday! I was fortunate enough to also have used some of the Laurel's leftover pieces, teak and hardware as reminders of this job on my own 40' boat. Good memories!
You probably dont care but if you are stoned like me atm you can stream pretty much all of the new movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Been streaming with my brother lately :)
When this was launched it was considered HUGE. Since then MANY far larger yachts have been launched. The net worth of the wealthiest individuals has increased proportionately.
Thank you for sharing this tour, it was a nice trip down memory lane. I was lucky enough to work on this beautiful yacht when I was with Delta, I still have the shirt from the launch party! I was an electrician working in every area but the engine room. I got to wire everything from that BBQ to the art glass lighting in the stair case (Mary Van Klein was..interesting), I spent a lot of my time in the A/V room, my favorite. Even the crew areas are amazing. She's definitely one of a kind.
So nice to see a yacht tour video that features her crew. I do think a white uniform would be better for them, they must be hot in black. I wonder if their skirts could be a little longer and if they have any choice in the matter. A fine yacht though, with a typical Starkey interior, luxurious but not too brash. Used to want to be a yacht designer but in the days before CAD etc, physics was not my strong point.
The uniform is white during the day and they switch to black uniform around sunset. The skirts are actually called “skorts” they have tight shorts underneath them but have the appearance of a skirt. I worked as crew on this yacht 5 years ago with a lot of the crew that are in this video.
I remember working on building the Laurel at delta good people to work with there.

Magnifique Yacht !!!
Great yacht video.
thank you very much it is masterpiece!!
Wow thanks!
the darker center panel wood look is very sharp, or same same but pearl panel burl is grand look.
The sound is really, really low.
Really interesting. Now how would I go about organising a free 14-16 day tour for myself, for journalistic purposes only of course?
Make friends with the owner.
Yes, I'd like to come along - I'm a food and drink tester
I just took photos of her docked in Portland, Maine.
If this yacht was for sale & I could support the financials I’d make an immediate offer.
Laurel is classy without ego.
🙏🏻❤️🕊🕉
Absolutely beautiful,,,,what a life that would be,,,,

Outstanding!
If you like the colors brown, tan, and white you'll love this boat.
Whoa...that's a big yacht.
my fav prt is front views room.
Beautiful 😇👑🌎🌍🌏
the smaller ceiling panels in brick set is nice too, but a touch busy, might need a longer panel then same brick or stack design.
How much is it to charter ? I'm thinking for my 65th birthday.......I can go up to about £100 a day.....
For $100 a day ... that will be a glass of vintage wine for you.
I thought the name was Laurel, not Yanny?
Perfectly selected crew! But that Las Vegas barocco... No way!
THATS NICE
love it. 😁
Quantas Pessoas caberiam neste Yacht?
Should have shown the crew quarters.
Perfect 👑👌
aside an area for a few pinball machines this is my yacht
I'll have two🤣🤣🤣
beautiful ship if i were going to be a billionaire I will buy this ship and kept it as it was with the crew I don't want to change anything.
My Gosh! A wireless microphone is ONLY about $20!!
I wish
Quietly understated interior, lots of beige and other neutral shades, ideal I expect for the charter market - but boring.
07'&2015' can't tell refit is 6 yrs old.
Do the attendants wear skirts that look like large belts? Oops I dropped my pencil
give me that champagne holding girl, rest is yours ))
darkbrian ' Okay I’ll take the ‘towel’ girl .
Who calls their boat yanny?
About 75% too much wood. The flash & finish is right 2 tone burl worked or same same also but 4 sides wood jail walls closing in no visual ht.
Nice, but a little bland. Needs more colour and some flair. But still a very nice boat.
I love the classic look.. looking great from here!
They can this yacht to any kids in china in less than a min. .
its yanni
invest in a decent camera
Wow, the audio on this is for shit.
the chef is too talented to b stuck on only ship duty.
kitchen is small as fuck, need to refit double that size kitchen.
Beautiful boat, horrible tour and commentary
too much wood, wood jail cell on 4 sides but classy.
