When I was growing up, I had very little interaction with my family. It resulted in lack of social intelligence and I had almost all the ten issues mentioned by you. However when I grew up, luckily I read many books about human behavior and neeti shashtra. This made me wise. In fact I did no learn from home. I learned from books. I agree, and I think these tips are less about being manipulated by others, and more about manipulating ourselves. Others are also suffering from same problems, and now i know how difficult it is to overcome my own toxicity. So, how can I expect them to be perfect with me, when I am myself not perfect with me. Over time, I have realised that how much we let others misbehave can be a reflection 🪞 of how we behave with ourselves. I agree, and I think these tips are less about being manipulated by others, and more about manipulating ourselves. Others are also suffering from same problems, and now i know how difficult it is to overcome my own toxicity. So, how can I expect them to be perfect with me, when I am myself not perfect with me. Over time, I have realised that how much we let others misbehave can be a reflection 🪞 of how we behave with ourselves.
