- In this video I take a look at the Entina Tina 2S 3D printer, and try (quite successfully I think!) to design a custom Boss Nass Minifigure head piece- since LEGO has yet to give us an official one.

Yes!! would love to see more custom minifig elements!
woo!!! any characters or elements in particular?? I have a few ideas already but im excited to hear what people want to see!!
@@2bricks I am personally biased for any unmade Star Wars or Batman characters, specifically designs for characters from the old games that Lego has still yet to produce like Boss Nass here, if they are available!
oh no, he got into 3d printing, with this new power he has become unstoppable
😆
What about a custom Wat Tambor?
By the way, excellent work👍🏻
Thank you!!! Oh that’s a great idea!
I just bought the Stinger Mantis model instructions. I would love to have an accurate Greez head to go with it!
Oooh yeah! That’s the plan! :D
I'm honestly surprised Lego hasn't made an official Boss Nass Minifigure yet. The 25th Anniversary for The Phantom Menace and Lego Star Wars was the perfect excuse to make one, but alas. 3D printing is very interesting and I think that your Boss Nass turned out great!
Right?!? Thanks man, I appreciate it
Very cool
Thank you!!!
I always envy those that are able to paint super detailed things like this haha. This turned out awesome and is a great concept for a possible Boss Nass ( I seriously don’t know how we haven’t got one yet as a minifig )
Thanks a lot!!
that is so great
Thanks so much Vaeshkar 🙏
This is a hugeeee rabbit hole, but resin printing can create some great custom lego parts that don't require as much processing to look good. I recently made LotR Easterling armor using the files from the Lego LotR game and its as smooth as real Lego with no sanding.
Damn I’m going to have to look into this for real 😮
I'm already over budget this holiday season (new console will do that to ya lol) but I think I might have to get this 3d printer, I've been wanting to make some custom pieces for a while and while I'm decent with sculpting, the natural asymmetry always bugs me! So maybe in the new year I'll have to try this out!
Awesome! Congrats on the new console! If you’re new to 3D printing I think something like this is a good entry point for sure! I’ve seen a lot of cool options aimed at first time users lately so there’s a lot of great choices!
3D print is pretty good I have Lego 3d print rims
If you think this is great, just wait until you see what level of quality a resin printer can give you. It's more of a pain to get set up, but the results are well worth it.
EDIT: And it's actually cheaper than this printer, especially with sales going on. Probably best to go with ABS-like resin if you choose to get into this route though, since standard resin can be super brittle when making thinner pieces. (I learned that the hard way)
amazing insight thank you!! yeh as I mentioned probably too many times in the video I am a complete novice, so all of that was alien information to me haha, I will for sure give resin printers a look!!!
Pretty nifty…
