I ve noticed that on these types of home tours the hosts keep going on about where their furnishings and accessories come from and quote names of I assume popular designers. I wonder why ? Is it an attempt to make a relatively unremarkable house feel special ?.

I don’t know anyone like this in good awld Ireland. Who do they work for ? Oligarchs & upper class ?
