No its not in syllabus, in textbook the chapter for BS EN ISO 9001:2000 is 13.9
If you check the syllabus, Textbook 2... 13.9 is not included

No, its out of syllabus content. Those topics come in Chapter 13.9-13.10 of Textbook 2. But in syllabus if you check for module 5, we have only 13.1-13.5, 13.7,13.8, therefore study only what is in syllabus.
