They do their work with unparalleled passion and commitment for SWISS customers. Day after day. The movie was shot over a four-week period in Zurich, Basel and Geneva. A 5 minute movie was compiled from over 20 hours of footage, giving viewers unique insights into a fascinating company and its people.

I recently flew Swiss fromJFK to Geneva and the crew were amazing in every way. They helped me over an anxiety attack and even found me a seat alone to be more comfortable. I am very grateful to a flight attendant called Sophie who was particularly kind.
I love how this video was edited, it flowed so perfectly!

One of the most flawlessly made videos ever. Swiss has carved itself a niche spot in film-making history.
I know no airline that puts such an exquisite sense of esthetics in their marketing. All of the videos they have been publishing in the last years are simply little pieces of art work (not to talk about the specially composed music tracks). A powerful tool for one of the special airlines that we still keep in Europe. Seeing the SWISS livery when I am at an airport far from home makes me connect a little bit with my roots. Danke and fly you soon.

Honestly, I never flew with SWISS, but watching your website, your TH-cam videos and other, it is not difficult to imagine the level of the company. Also your company's motto could not be better. "Our sign is a promise" , I'm sure it is!

Was flying my whole business life (40+ years). Although business class was not fully flat 30 years ago, Swissair onboard service was superior, really among the very best globally. When I now fly 2-3 times a year to visit my son living in asia, I am surprised how much service quality with Swiss has declined. Staff in the past was exceptionally well trained to deliver superior service quality all the time. Flying became a commodity.
Well it’s owned by the Lufthansa group, so it’s not in Swiss hands, which irks me as a Swiss.

The last time i flew was on Lufthansa from Frankfurt to Seattle thought it was a work horse and sure the next time i fly on Swiss from Florida to Zurich I'll be on cloud 9

What i find sad is is that my airline is not owned by the Swiss but belongs to the Lufthansa group. If i had the money i would buy Swiss and make it wholly owned by Swiss.
