We find your videos VERY informative! I am a lab tech at Navarro Orthodontics.
Dr. wanted to know what Essix retainer material do you use or prefer? (Brand and thickness)

What did you use with your bad boy, what is that wheel? Thank you for the video. Makes it easy and fast!

The bad boy is a small portable rechargeable handpiece for finishing retainers on the fly. The wheels are called finishing brushes www.amazon.com/shop/szaradentallab
      You can see both there

If that is a resin model, which it looks like it is, what separator do you use? Great video, as usual!

I make my own retainers, but occasionally they are slack fitting. I use either 1mm or 1.5mm sheet I am confused as to what I'm doing wrong, they are vaccum form tight around the mould, so in theory these should be tight fitting every time. Any help appreciated.

It depends on what vaccum you are using. Highly recommend a biostar

Check the material expiration date and make sure to not over heat it if you’re using the older drop down machine.
