- Ya boy plays Holy Paladin and heals Mythic+ in Dragonflight Season 3 with the goal of getting Keystone Hero (2500 Rating). Follow my journey as a brand new player to Holy Paladin and healing in World of Warcraft as I grind and pug my way to +2500 Mythic+ rating. Fun fact, if you need a key just talk to the panda lady by the portal and she will give you one. Even if you haven't done a key on that character before.

Some things I've learned getting KSM on my HPala. Light of Dawn is totally worthless - just drop it. Chances of hitting 5 people with it are so slim - the single target heal power spender + 2 beacons is just better (and can deal with afflicted easily). Also, stick your beacon on a ranged and the tank. Your mastery applies from you or your beacons - so you can ensure everyone's getting max heals. And also you can do some mad DPS if the healing need is light by using Divine Toll -> Daybreak and then spamming Holy Shocks on enemies. On bigger pulls I'll be contributing 90-100k DPS when the DPS aren't doing what DPS do best and standing in things. Really enjoyed HPala this season, nice to see someone doing a "zero to hero" not playing the meta classes.

exactly what jopow said, no light of dawn just rely on your beacons and glimmer to do all aoe healing
but you wouldnt usually put second beacon on tank, except when hes very squishy. its better to put it on any other dps who is the the squishiest (e.g. mage, hunter, priest)
decent tank almost never needs support from healer nowadays lol 1 man armys
you never use beacon on the tank always 2x dps. Cause if you use it on 2x ranged then it makes your mastery coverage farther.

It's called Premade Group Filter. It adds a ton of filter options as well, for both PvE and PvP content!

I love the explanation of the typical phases most people go through to learn how to heal. Phase 1: Just do it and see what happens. Phase 2: Read wtf you're actually supposed to do. Phase 3: Implement your new knowledge with your experience, combined with the gear you've acquired along the way, reaching nirvana and feeling like a healing god. That is until you try a 13 and your blood pressure skyrockets and you decide you need to meditate and chill out. And the cycle continues.

@@YaBoySquints To be fair, you're playing holy paladin which is in a very awkward and clunky state right now. I've healed with it for years and it feels mechanically broken even though it still sorta strangely works. If you learn to enjoy it, I wonder how much you would enjoy another healer. I think holy priest would be an interesting try. Many view it as an underdog but I honestly think it feels very strong and there's very little content for holy priest. Try the underdog spec!
@@artrayus3 I’m currently leveling a holy priest during Time Walking weeks. Not much healing to do in those though haha. I’ll have to try it out in M+ when I get it to max.

It is an addon called WarpDeplete
nice video. But obviously if raider io says main character score 2.7k people will take you even with low gear. Try the same Challenge with a new account with no Main character M+ score and it wont be that easy to get into good pug m+
