    It’s Tasty Tuesday and this week I’m sharing my Dill Dip recipe with everyone!
    You are not going to be able to stop eating this!!!
    With an immersion blender or food processor blend until smooth:
    1 cup 4% cottage cheese
    1/4 cup fresh chives, packed
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, packed
    1/2 teaspoon dill
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon (or to taste) salt
    Serve with crackers or my favorite paring of carrots, celery, peppers and cucumbers 🤤 (This option is better for my blood glucose too!).

    Protein: 25g
    Carbs: 9.5g
    Fat: 9.4g
    Such a flavorful, protein packed snack that everyone will enjoy!
