This is so pretty! I’ve been planning on making a jumper in this sort of style for years! I want to make it seem like a bunch of hyacinth flowers are growing from the top of the jumper, but I haven’t found the ‘right’ flowers for it yet, I think I’ll need to make my own.
Bugle beads for the string of pearls. Use bugles, add a round bead and top with a seed, run back through and add bugles and then more ‘pearls’. That should give you a string with the pearls popping off the sides. 👍
Yes, that would work aesthetically but I was looking for a way to add weight as well. Bugle beads are so much lighter than seed beads. I do like that effect, thought. I will probably use it on a different project. 🥰🎨🍃
Thank you, Fin! I find the strings of beads so alive! 🎉
Thanks, Robyn. It's so much fun making the jacket look overgrown! 🍃🧥🍃🥰
Beautiful coats🎉🎉
Thank you! 💚🧥🍃

Oooh, if you embroider, French knots would be perfect for each little flower in the cluster and then just a few regular stitches for the stem. 🥰🎨🌸
