Matt, have you ever seen or played an arcade game by the name of Sidewinder? I used to be highly addicted to it and the ticket pay out was awesome! The game was a side to side / curvy track where you had to balance a skee ball on. The first part was easy, because it had guide rails, but the middle & end part, there were no rails, and you had to keep the ball on the curvy track and the goal was to make the ball go into the hole at the very end of the side to side track. That's why the game was called Sidewinder with a Sidewinder snake painted on the track. At the beginning of the game, the snake talked, " Put the ball on the snake's tail and play Sidewinder! " If you lost, he would say, " I gotcha! " If you won, he would say " You Won! Now go get yer tickets! "

The now gone, Myrtle Beach Pavilion had that Sidewinder game, but I haven't seen it since the MB Pavilion got torn down in ' 06. :( I miss that game. A woman came up to me and asked me to win her the 75 ticket prize, and I did with the one quarter she gave me. Even I was shocked, I couldn't believe I kept the ball on the track to the end where the hole was. lol =) They should bring back Sidewinder, I miss playing it dearly. Everytime someone would lose, the ticket prize jumped up 25 tickets each time, making the pay out quite nice for those that knew how to play it & win the game.

I saw you were playing a ball toss game at the beginning of the video. I have a ball toss game I recommend to you. If you see Big Bertha in an arcade, you should play it. It's fun!

Yes Matt that machine was made in the 1800's the same year the light bulb was invented, before we could ever create circuits that could sequence a light bulb.

About 7 years ago, I went to an arcade at Disney and they had Colorama. I put in enough credits so I could pick all the colors and get tickets every time.

There is a way to time slam-a-winner, it's not the same on all machines though. Most machines I play on when the circle lines up with the black thing on the side hit it.

Hey I love your videos and I thought that maybe instead of clawmanmatt, you should name the channel journey to the claw and put the journey to the claw logo. It was just an idea of maybe matt the clawman would work
matt, i wish i was as good as you at the claw machine and arcade games. i barley ever go to the arcade and when i do i dont do many games. there is one game that any one can be good at if they know what timing is. it is a game, called, holywood, ride to holywood, something like that

lol..u can get a wooden back scratcher for 99 cents. I used to playball in clown mouth at Curcus Circus in vegas and my time was always perfect. I won so many big prizes they kick me out.
I noticed on the horsin around game, if you let the ball follow the white it goes in a color and every time the ball followed the colored it went in white,

In Lake Tahoe I went to an arcade and in the colorama I would put two tokens in the machine and I would pick yellow and white and I got like 10 whites and like 20 yellows and the whites gave me 125 tickets

10:35 it's not a 50/50 chance the white holes have indents that makes the ball want to come in it.

I Remember When i Got jackpot in "slam the weener" it gave me 600 tickets! Took so so long for the machine to dispense the tickets!
