I'm thoroughly impressed with this arcade. I hope the owner(s) watch this video and see these comments. This is exactly how you would want a claw machine arcade, and turning in odd wins for other prizes is sick! I am curious how that transfers from won prize-credited prize, but other than that, what an awesome place and great system they have in place. I also love the gem pusher, very cool. Keep it up Get A Grip Clawcade!!! You cannot fail with this business model!
One thing I really liked about this place was that they were ALWAYS keeping things stocked and fresh after a win. Great way to keep people intrigued and coming back to play!
@@arcade_mattThat gem pusher machine is common in the uk but instead of gems the arcades fill the scoop area with celebrations chocolates and they have a range of different prizes on the weight area. You should really come to the uk one day! We have so many arcades
@@ostone4472 Ive played one in Deal in Kent that had celebrations chocolates in. I won so many I had to stuff them in my handbag. Didnt win the jackpot one though.

I went last week! I’m a total claw machine newbie and managed to get 10 prizes out of the machines. John even taught me tricks and tips to get better. I love this place and will be going again :)
Really loved this video! Would love to see you go back and do another challenge like this! Loved how you could cash in your prizes for other prizes. Loved how it wasn't specifically JUST claw machines. All around seems like a great place! I would have loved to see if you profited though but keep up the great work Matt!
Gems in the gem pusher …a diamond is a gem …so close enough 😂 🙌 Glad to see you doing more of these Japanese style games. I love that overseas a person can rent out individual claw machines and set them up in any way with the dice rolling, ping pong balls, rolling trucks across the lines, Kuji etc. Plush Time Wins is cool to see these places too. I know you have linked up in past videos, would be cool to see it happen again!
I grew up in a time when arcades was a thing. Arcades are pretty much dead here. I was happy to find this channel by happy accident. Matt i watch to see your reactions. It gets me through some tough times watching you & it brings back some fond memories.
It's nice that they have some licensed stuff too! Most of these trade up places have only unlicensed stuff of bad quality, even the non licensed stuff looked pretty good here! I would spend alot of money here every payday! 😂
This was sooooo awesome, and it definitely shows there is some guardian angel watching out for you Matt ! Amazing find and great research Matt, awesome that Adam was there too to witness, record and assist. I really really loved this video, it really showed the true Matt right there. Thank you so so much for this video guys to everyone involved, for me personally, this just made my week, in all honesty.
I’m so happy you’re starting to look into the Japanese machines and everything you’re gonna love them. I hope one day you get to go to Japan and see everything that they have over there you’ll be am
If you were in the industry you'd know immediately these machines are actually Chinese. They're great though, and the manufacturers are always nice people.
Get A Grip Clawcade is the best place for claw machines to winning those prizes! Pikachu is my favorite Pokemon character as you got one! Piece a cake! Matt, I ❤ this video, because it's fantabulous!
I wish they had places like this in st Louis!! There is NOTHING out here except a Dave n busters and it's not being managed right last 2 times we went all the claw machines hadn't been rezoned so you couldn't win a thing. A place like this would do really well since there's no competition lol this was a great vidoe loved it!
Adam's quiet "free sha-va-cado" had me rolling lol. You absolutely cleaned up shop there, great job! The claws seemed really fair, maybe slightly too easy, buy I appreciate the mix of plushes and prizes. Every chip clip game ive played has been deceptively tough, love to see you get a win on it. Have a good day!
That place reminds me of Kako Claw which just recently opened in Strongsville, OH. Lots of claw games, some UFO catcher-type games, but the games were noticeably easier to win on than claw machines at Ace’s, Dave and Busters, etc. I think I averaged one win every 4 plays or so. The staff said they wanted to be sure everyone can win something when they’re there, so an understanding of claw machines gives a huge advantage at places like this!
What a perfect name for a clawcade. That gem pusher was so visually appealing I can see it sucking up quarters but its insane the payouts they had on really high quality prizes in the big claw machines. That trade in system is really smart, I can win at a game with skill but still pick what prizes I want to leave with and have to imagine its a good money saver for the arcade keeping plush in the arcade. This is an amazing arcade everyone in that area is lucky to have it.
tbh I would love more Arcade Matt gem pusher content! Also must've been really nice filming there. Looks clean and empty (I assume you probably filmed during school and work hours lol) and empty is good for me because I don't like crowds (but I'll gladly accept a crowd if that means I get lucky with payout more often!)
@@amm46001 If you watch any arcade chanel who films in Japan regularly, you see tons of these. Like the older Kawaii Arcade Masters videos, when they were still in Japan, or Plush Time Wins.
Not even 2 minutes into this video. New arcade, first try at the front claw machine, Matt gets a win. Oh yeah, Matt owns Clawcade for sure. Definitely, he must be the C.E.O. of this place.😂
I really want to go there😍 I’m obsessed with claw machines, I’ve been playing claw machines ever since I was a little girl. Where I live at right now there’s not that many claw machines. I live in Indiana PA
23:21 these are Japanese gem pushers. They've been in Japan for ages!!! They have a few in USA but not many!!! I wish they had them everywhere! I've only ever seen them played by people who go to Japan or Singapore and maybe one or two here in US
Having played a ton of claws in NYC, can I just say, these two owners are the burliest most American owners for such an asian themed cutesy place. Props to them for finding a good business niche in Pittsburgh.
I’d love to see a lot more people go here and film them playing if they don’t win as much as you did then we definitely know something ain’t right with

23:47 if you're going to keep playing on the gem pusher you should get the middle almond reset. The right and left are pretty hard to win on these. The middle one is usually easier.
You should go to the claw Cade in Roosevelt Field, Mall in New York Long Island it’s so nice there and you can win the plush so easily and all the other stuff
Hey Matt im from Boston and i said the same thing when you pulled out the Patriots some Bostonians arent happy with them either haha 😂❤ love your content and you are the reason i win at Claw Machines!!!! Your Fan Cat ❤
Such a fun looking and cool arcade. Awesome job on winning so many neat prizes. Love the gem pusher you should watch Crystal from plush time wins video she plays them and wins all the time.
You won't have seen the gem pusher game at any conventions because it's actually really old! I used to play it as a kid here in the UK, but it would be full of sweets. Love the idea of filling them with gems and small prizes.
