@@ShArPy1o1Games have you considered doing a properly in depth tutorial? (Or maybe you have, and I’ve just not seen it yet!) I’d love to learn what values and numbers need to be balanced in this game, how the cooling loops interact with each other, etc. Basically an “amateur to expert” type thing where we can learn how to be as good as you at reactor operation 😄
I do have an in depth start up Tutorial but as with this game and its constant updates and changes, it makes it hard to have an updated tutorial all the time... My suggestion is to watch this whole season 3 as I don't 'edit' the video from recording or miss anything you may need to see to learn more in depth and its the latest version of the game. 🤔😇 I'm really looking forward to when Multiplayer becomes available once again. 🤯👌 (My hopes aren't high for anytime soon, unfortunately due to the game being a "buggy mess" according to the Single Developer)
I think that a really cool feature would be letting AO control the electrical side of things for a ridiculously high cost of pristige points. Or maybe a control panel upgrade system. Real plants actually do automatically adjust these parameters.. technicians generally monitor them and make the appropriate adjustments when neccessary.
Right, having AO control everything doesn’t make much sense. 😭😂 However, I still think that control room/control panel upgrades or both would be an awesome way to spend prestige points. AO might be overkill, so maybe it could be integrated into the plant as part of the system rather than a separate entity (like a floating robot). This could add more layers that lead to automation, allowing the player to focus on maintenance and other tasks. Maintenance tasks could then be manual, with a new communications device/equipment taking over for operations and upgrades. I understand that this game was built by one person, which is absolutely incredible!
As far as I'm aware, the Maximum setting is the exact same as the Nominal as has no overall effect on operations 😇✌️ Unless there was an update I missed? 🤔
That would make sense... the only alarm that's confused me so far the is the overpower of the transformers haha Cheers for the great info that even I didn't know 😎👌
@@ShArPy1o1Games it also changes the "optimal temperture" that AO maintains in the reactor core if you have him operate the control rods. Normal keeps it around 206, and then maximum will keep it more in the normal green range on the temp dial around 400
I see there are now controls for turbine *inlet* valves which are used to control turbine torque in a real plant. So you wouldn't need any bypass on startup, just close the inlet valves except for a small amount and you can control your secondary loop through the steam pressure, as it should be.
Are you referring to the "Admin Valves"?... The power generated apon start up needs to go to the resistors which have a capacity of 5000kw before outputting to the grid or your turbine will blow up... It's how I've always done it but I should look more into the admin bypass valves to actually see what they do haha
@@ShArPy1o1Games Yes, on the large valve board it's the C4 valve ahead of the turbine, which allows you to limit the steam going into it. On a real plant you won't have any resistor banks since the generators will only be loaded down with the amount of torque resulting from the load. A lower load will simply result in a lower steam flow. EDIT: I just tested it in the game and this is exactly what they do. You can limit the power coming out of the turbines using the inlet valves, so you effectively don't need resistors anymore aside from running in island mode.
I honestly should have bought a power transformer before a 2nd Loop... of which im sure there are 3 pumps that I need to buy but in ep 3, it won't allow me and I may be spazzing out or I may be incorrect...? 🤔
Finally some Nucleares again from a good youtuber👍
Thanks heaps for the positive vibes as I'm hoping to continue this season much much further than in previous seasons 😎✌️
Loved this! I haven't played since some time around December last year, so it's really great to see all the new content the game has :)
Sooo much has been added since Christmas... crazy amounts of stuff 😎😎😎

Thanks Sharpy for a brand new jouney!
Cheers for the view... I hope you stick around as I'm planning 5 episodes a week 🤯🤯🤯

Then it wouldn't really leave the player to do much of anything 🤔

100% agree and well said... interesting additions I'm sure the dev will get to over time 🤔😎👌
Great video as always. Don’t forget to move the switch for the reactor mode. It will need to be moved from “nominal” to “maximum”.

Running on Empty Great aussie movie
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA YES... Thanks heaps for the comment as I mentioned it and then thought it may only be an Aussie known movie? 🤣👌

Playlists for season 1 and 2 please !
The seasons are all mixed in the 1 playlist as it was a decent while ago on a different game version... I also didn't go as far as I will this season
i only see you playing with one Loop. I´ve big interest how you play with all 3 Loops for a few Days ;-)
Good Luck.

You never actually took any Boron out with the filter the filter pump valves now start closed
Explains when I use the filter properly in the next episode (and it doesnt work), that I need to open the valves in the chemicals room lol
easier to follow along if you didnt go so fast clicking things with no explanation...felt like a RUSH tutorial...good job though
I have many more in depth tutorials for this game as this wasn't meant to be as in depth as the other tutorials I have available 😇✌️😎
