My friends 50s sena box had a seperate chager and a seprate wifi cable but in my box its only wifi cable nd no charging cable. It was combo pack that we took.

Just received, unpacked, and updated the firmware on my Dual 50S headsets. Having trouble pairing with the iPhone 11 (not showing up on the blue tooth list). A basic question to check function, is there a "Power On" indicator (light) that shows the device is on? If not, how do you know the device is powered on for pairing?
The device has loght indicators. Blue mean on. For exact details check their manual. For connections, try resetting your network settings on your phone and also reset sena to factory. Pair it and then update. Not the other way

My Sena 50s starts up gives me 4 red dots (Meanin it is charged up) Then shuts down autmatically. Do you have any idea?
No idea. Check the manual for error messages
@@iGuruCrazy Nothing. Just a faulty device I figured. Sadly enough in Europe these things do not have a garant. And no customer support will help you
