Such a simple install.. And the sound clarity is so much better as compared to my old 20s. I installed the 50s on one of my dirt helmets and it continues to prove itself while rippin around in the woods. I just installed the 50s clamp kit with the HK on a new street helmet and it sounds so clean! Gotta love that 15min install.. No fuss at all!
If you want to keep the loose wire (the speaker one on any wire inside the helmet) in check just stick them down with some masking tape to the helmet, so when you remove the lining for washing, they stay in place.
Hi Rea. You’ve been on two wheels for a while now, but if you still have an experienced riding partner, your com-set will be invaluable in your training. It’s beneficial for you if they take the lead and give you moment-to-moment tips on potential hazards up ahead, lane position (within your lane), and how to read traffic. I’ve taught two new riders this way, and it seemed to work real well in getting them up to speed. You’re doing great!
Be advised...none of these communicators are a stand alone units. I bought 2 different brands and they would not tell me after experimenting for a few days each. You.... "MUST" have a smartphone. I have a dumb phone. They will "NOT" work stand alone. Total garbage without a smart phone.
For rider to rider intercom, you absolutely DO NOT need to have a smartphone. If you want to hear audio coming from a smartphone like music, GPS or calls, then you have to connect to that phone though :).
@@LexAlbrechtx37 none of the company reps knew that or told me that and lost out on sales when I returned the items. But, I always ride by myself. So, they were worthless to me with their lies that they would work.
@@Pingon21 I did better, I asked support and they assured me they would work stand alone. They lied and I returned them and got my money back all for nothing and a waste of my time and experimenting. What did they think I would do? keep something that does not work? duh

Whats the point if not waterproof?
Which brand is your helmet ? What is the best brand you think ?
I have a Scorpion EXO R320 but I know that Shoei, AGV, and Arai make good helmets
How is the bass on them? I really like bass, and I want it when I ride
So you install it before you unbox it, how does that work ?
Great video, how do you setup the intercom with another SENA device?
Mesh option
does this fits agv k1s latest model helmet?
@@Blackdevil0094 it clips onto the side of any helmet so I would think it should fit an agv helmet, but I’m not 100% sure
@ how about the speaker socket does it fix in agv k1 s as it has space for that
Are you student @ UH? Thought eye recognized scenery >3:25. Have been searching for comm system for 2+ riders, w/minimum 250m range....xlnt
Are you able to link your sena mic to x3.
cus of your ride playlist i can tell you a chill typa rider, jus be cruisin.
Finally ! Regardless of brand these things are game changers. We’re a riding family, two girls and me and can’t imagine not having it.
A riding family!!! That’s goals🥰
The YES album & Supertramp and Radiohead - you rock!
I am in the market for a com, and yours is by far about the product. I am now inching closer to SENA.

Your need to read the review first to buy it. 🤷♂️

One of the worst devices to install
On what helmet? Or doesn’t matter?
How come?
Maybe you don’t need a intercom.
You made it so easy and clear, thanks!
No prob! Glad it was helpful 😊
