The video doesn't have any of the Build Gundam shows and Seed Freedom in specific Gunpla Beginners in G, Build Fighters, Build Fighters Try, Build Divers, Build Divers Re:Rise, Build Metaverse, Seed Freedom, and of course Requiem for Vengeance. It does reach to 2023 as Witch from Mercury was split in to two seasons with the second season where the Gundam Caliburn was shown off.
For example the gundam from chars counterattack, “nu gundam” only experiences 1.55 g’s at max acceleration which is strange because fighter jet pilots experience way more. This could be because of some technology that dampens the g’s the pilot experiences or something. For example jets can reach upwards of 10 g’s which starts to get dangerous but this typically happens in aerial maneuvers
@@aim9659 Finally someone came in here with some science, lol. They definitely have to have some G dampening tech, because the maneuvers they do from one direction to another would kill any human, especially at that rate of speed. We know it's Sci Fi, but it's still fun to speculate about the science behind things.
Yeah, man! I wish series like the UC Gundam shows, and movies would sometimes do more world-building by giving us basic facts. It's a nice little touch for the viewers. Also, the one-year war Gundam, “RX-78-2”, is stated to have a top speed of around Mach 5 in atmospheric flight, roughly around 3,800 mph. The average fighter jet (today) tops in around Mach 1.8 to Mach 2.35 which is 1,190 to 1,650 mph, meaning the first Gundam, "RX-78-2" is one fast mobile suit lol. Its ground speed aka running, is approximately 31 mph!
Gundam generally only tells us info like weight, number of thrusters, rate of acceleration, and reactor output when it comes to speed. From what I've seen of it, the equally as old Macross franchise is the one that excels at giving more detailed info relating to speed as inertia, frame integrity, aerodynamics, ect. are important in that franchise
Hi wade, I was wondering if you could react to narrative a pack Gundam vs the phoenix. It has good animation and absolutely sick. It is around 5min long
The only time we've got some kind of speed for Phenex (golden gundam) was that it was "near light-speed" in Unicorn mode, and when it switched into Destroy mode, Banagher noted that "even moving at light-speed wouldn't be enough to keep up with it." Phenex is a big outlier though, due to it basically being a machine god.
It says 2023 cuz Witch from Mercury aired from 2022 to 2023 and the show introduced new Gundam model in 2023, the last one you saw in the video. Currently, Witch from Mercury is the most recent Gundam show, although there are 2 more Hathaway movies coming, as it was planned as movie trilogy, since it is based on a trilogy novel.
@@extraleague01 We've been informed about The Witch From Mercury going into 2023. 2 more Hathaway movies? That's wonderful news, we can't wait. Thanks for the informative comment and for watching.

So with speeds on the Phenex (the gold one) it's based on the Unicorn obviously and the Unicorn can pull 20Gs of acceleration. When it's open and all red, it's not like that all the time because the machine has limiters on it. Why? Because g force is a thing in Gundam and the Unicorn kind of.....killed the test pilot it's first time out. So someone looked at the suit that murders it's pilots through speed and said make it faster. So now it can go light speed and kill it's pilots so hard their souls get trapped in the thing. Kind of why people where trying to caught it. A MS acting somehow without a pilot and able to break physics at will flying around doing who knows what is an issue. But i think the Phenex can pull 58g but i might be getting that mixed up with another gundam. Guess it doesn't matter if speeds like that will turn the pilot into jelly if there is no pilot. Also, no there is no inertia dampening tech built into these gundams usually. The Unicorn had flight suits for the pilots that did that job but typically the pilot just has to be built diffrent.
