I have one already made using the straight side for hems and waistbands. : th-cam.com/video/VXwduLh7baE/w-d-xo.html I'm planning to make another one in a few weeks for using the curved side for skirts
The tutorial was very thorough and simple to understand. But, given that your seam gauge had a blue plastic straightage thingie, why on earth would you choose a blue fabric where it's all but invisible? The mind boggles. I cannot believe that a person whose channel is called "Let's learn to sew" doesn't have another fabric scrap, even an old white bedsheet to use for that purpose.
hehe, Now I know what that little ruler is for and how to use it. Would have been useful when I made my Kilt!
