- The International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to halt its military offensive in Rafah. South Africa had taken the state of Israel to the world court, saying the situation is dire in southern Gaza.
The ICJ had also been asked to modify its previous provisional measures.
Pretoria has welcomed the world court's order. The ICJ has also called for humanitarian aid to be allowed to flow through the Rafah crossing.

The ruling does not mean ceasefire it means Israel is to enforce "Genocide convention" rules.
Ruling allows "Israel’s right to prevent and repel threats and attacks by Hamas, defend itself and its citizens, and free the hostages.” Nothing about pulling out nor Anti Rafah attack calls are made.
Tbh this ruling is stupid since it change very little and it has intensified greatly as Hamas is showing its biggest retaliation yet. All in all pointless ruling and Israel gonna smash terrorman.
