I loved eating bak tong go as a kid growing up in Chinatown. My mom would buy it occasionally as a treat. I can easily buy it pre-made from many places around here, but this looks so easy to make that I'm going to try it. Thank you.

@@loopy9436 Your yeast is likely old/expired and isn’t activating. If you mixed the yeast with warm water, placed it in a warm environment to activate and it didnt give you a bubbly result, then your yeast needs to be replaced. Sorry to hear it didnt work out for you!
I have a question? I just received my angel yeast through the mail. I think I got the wrong one. It’s a package that is as hard as a rock It’s the same outside packaging It says in English to activate by 5-10 times hot water I think I got the wrong one
@@Germaline-zc4ng the package does come vacuum packed, so will feel hard as a rock! Once you cut the package open, the air will release. I do hope it is the right product!

Any instant dry yeast should work. Saf and Fleischmann’s are also great brands
