hi, when i click on background remover, it removes the background, not the number. why does it do the opposite for you?

Make sure that your background is white and that you place a black rectangle behind a white number and that the rectangle is just slightly larger than the number. If your rectangle is too large, Canva won't be able to determine the background. White background, white number, black rectangle.

You can try to download as a png. Then reupload and remove background. But it’s better to leave the box and change it to same color as your background

@@phiwife If you want to border to be a different color, after removing the background go to effects, choose shadow and choose outline, then you can customize a border.

Good morning when I go to remove bg it takes away the black and not the white so it makes the the whole image white

@@jessicachambers7383 Try making your black box larger. Also when downloading, download as a png, but not with a transparent background.
