Assuming the radar gun reads the highest velocity, and taking drag into consideration, the ball hits the sword after around 211 ms. If he is using the sound for triggering his reaction the sound would take ~3 ms to reach him and using the average audio stimulus reaction time of ~170 ms would leave him ~38 ms to draw the sword and hit the ball. That's 0.038 seconds. Pretty fast.

There's no way that motion took only 0.038 seconds just from watching the video, but I can't help but feel like accelerating that quickly would like, hurt your arm or something.

So basically the ball was going 161 km/h devided by 3.6 is 44,72 m/s over a distance of 9.22 meter. So his reaction time and the time in wich he pulled out his sword and cut the ball is 9.22/44,4= 0, 207 sec. So he did this in two tenths of a second, thats pretty amazing!!
Also if you check frame by frame, he reacted just below 4 frames in 24 frame/sec video, which is around 0.166 seconds, which is right around the world record for reaction speed. Its almost like he had an unconscious reaction, where the signal goes directly to the body bypassing the brain which leads to faster reaction time

The reflexes required to do that simply aren't achievable by a human. It is possible in theory, but it would require more luck than anything. Cause, just so you know, no matter what gun it is and what type of ammo you're using, the round itself has already most likely reached it's target before there's even any felt recoil let alone any indication whatsoever that the gun has been fired. Also, if you're using a supersonic ammo type there could be full seconds between when the round hits it's target and when you even hear the gun being fired, depending on how far away you are.
