I imagine that being a former James Bond is like being a former U.S. President. You come in set your own policies (or in the case of Bond, your own tone or style), and hope you’ve what you set out to do. Then when the next guy comes, maybe watch and see how he does.
At least that’s how it should be in American politics. Unfortunately, presidents throw shade at each other for years after they leave office. As an American myself, I wish that presidents and parties would try to respect each other and focus more on policies that can do more good due to mutual understandings, instead of spend most of the time creating polarizing policies that will likely get nulled within a few years. 🤷🏻♂️
So following THAT logic, does that make Lazenby, like, the Trump of Bond actors? He acted like a jerk to people at work, barely worked at that, patted himself on the back and quit while he thought he was ahead only to find out he's considered the worst ever to do the job. I definitely see this whole "president" analogy working for the Bonds, actually. Ya got your Connery, who's your Washington. Then you got Lazenby, the Trump. Next is Moore, who's the Biden of the group in that he's older and campy, and sometimes a little creepy but respectable at times at least, then you get into Dalton, your Lincoln of the role in that he was beloved but his time was too short. Next is Brosnan, he's the Obama of the role in that his thing was inspiring hope while displaying a sleek, cool demeanor and more gadgets than ever. Now, you have Craig's Bond, the Kennedy in the sense that he's the nice young athletic man who showed promise until we watched him get killed on camera. This president analogy FUCKING WORKS, dude!

Then had a mission in which a couple headed out to work together. That can’t happen now but could have been interesting I think and could give rise to the introduction of the next Bond.
Personally I don't subscribe to the "James bond is a code name" thing. 1) it's used by people who know him personally in the service, which isn't something I imagine people do with a codename. 2) is that he has a codename, it's 007, he also frequently takes on other monikers and names when on assignment, why use a codename on top of another codename? And if its because bond has become too well known, why not have a different name from the start? But finally the most important reason behind why I don't subscribe to the idea of bond being multiple agents sharing the same name is because the books definitely don't treat it like that and the films don't either. Lazenby reminisces on Connery's missions, Connery goes after Blofeld for revenge for Tracy, Moore gets uncomfortable when Tracy is mentioned, Dalton is Felix's best man which doesn't make sense if Dalton's Bond isn't the same bond that Felix has worked with and known for years through all their other missions together, Brosnan and Q's conversations suggest that Brosnan is still the same bond as they are very close and in Die Another Day Brosnan asks if the jetpack used in thunderball still works. The only bond who is separate is Craig, but the general consensus is that Craig's bond films are a reboot, not a continuation. Either way Craig's bond is confirmed to actually be called bond because Skyfall and spectre confirm James bond is his name. Same can be said for lazenby bond because when he gets married to Tracy he's still referred to as James bond and her now as Tracy Bond which wouldn't make sense if it were a codename because he had retired at that point, why not use his real name if bond was just a codename or alias? This guy asking him about being James Bond has no idea who James Bond really is
Daniel Craig was SUCH a good James Bond to the point that people believe he IS James Bond lol ... then Daniel always needs to tell them ... surprise ... I'm Daniel !!
What do you think made him good? I thought he was by far and away the worst James Bond.
Very impressive James Bond👍👍👍
Richar: Que sea lo que Zeus quiera.
Yo: prefiero no tomar partido, estoy disfrutando viendote jugar. 😅
"Never say never again" is not an official Bond movie.
So Commander Craig just confirmed he may be back as Bond! (I swear that’s what I heard him say!)
Exactly, don't assume the future is that long, how long we're here. New Bond, no one stands out..
This guy got a tiktok? Damn.. i think I'll try to use it for once 😂
Has he?
I think Tom Hiddleston will be a perfect James Bond. He got the Accent and the suit looking. I think Tom Hiddleston will be a perfect choice to play James Bond everyone like no he too old to play James Bond he not young enough just shut up let me talk. Tom Hiddleston is good actor after seeing him in Loki season 2 he was amazing and I don’t mind Hevill Cavill will play this character he a great choice too but he don’t want to focus big the bigger franchise after he lose Superman and leaving the Witcher on Netflix. But I think they getting the role to Tom Hiddleston just in case the studio cast him on the James Bond Franchise. What’s your guys think like this ideas or not. What you guys think?
He isnt handsome and too skinny. Clive owen would hv been better choice than craig the bin man face.
I put my vote on Scott Adkins.
Where are you going Mr.Craig, come back.
As much as I love Daniel as bond. His ending chapter was perfect for Bond.
only bond to have complete character development through the series though
Dude, Craig's Bond LITERALLY turned to dust at the end of No Time To Die!!! Of course he's NOT coming back! 🤦♂️
I think either Henry Cavil or Tom Hardy should be next bond they both give bond vibes😂😂
Richard Madden or Theo James would be cool. Wild Card would like to see Tom Felton as an interesting choice if he bulked up.
as much as i like Tom Felton, i don't think he's the right fit even after being bulked up/ Richard madden could do it
@wolverineiscool no one thought Robert Patterson would work as Batman 😄 keep an open mind on my suggestion🙃.
Would love to see Cavill do it.
