Of course you can be saved after you die, in the millennium everyone that didn't have a chance to hear the gospel can be saved in the millennium if they receive Jesus Christ they will be in spiritual bodies
What if you heard part of the gospel? Or what if you had severe attention issues? Or what if you heard it but it was taught to you by a horrible person that used it to abuse people? It’s not just as simple as ‘hearing’ words
Since Christ reconciles all things to God ultimately every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. This is the Gospel and it is Good News for All people. Colossians 1v15-20
