How Misfire Chances are Calculated:
Luigi has a 1/10 chance to misfire instead of doing a regular green missile (side b)
When Luigi misfires twice in a row, you would change the 10 to 10^2, or in other words, you add an extra 0 for every misfire Luigi does back to back
In this case, I misfired 5 times in a row which is a 1/100000. Insanity

0:40-0:54 | 1/100000 | (5 Misfires in a row)
1:29 | 1/10
1:49-1:56 | 1/1000 | (3 Misfires in a row)
2:51 | 1/10
3:38 | 1/10
4:14 | 1/10
