Did you follow every step to uninstall odoo? First you need to uninstall odoo then uninstall postgresql then delete the folder of odoo completely. After that reinstall odoo with postgresql as well and then follow the steps mentioned in video

Hello sir .. I am getting an error when i put the password for "Enter it again". Error is -- could not connect to database postgres: could not connect to server : connection refused. Is the server running on host " Localhost" And accepting TCP/IP connection on port 5432 ??

Asir once i complete the configuration and hit run its compiling corrcetly ,
"odoo.service.server: HTTP service (werkzeug) running on DESKTOP-87PHUUM:8069"
but if i open localhost:8069 only internal server error msg is there, so i went service and hit restart , but still its giving internal server error
