@@mervebk2387 every module is package. First check your internet connection is stable or not. You should install all requirements properly otherwise you have to install one after another
@@MushfiqFeed I downloaded it three times. Also from another wifi. There's a new "Odoo IoT" option now, and also another additional option, during the install of Odoo that you showed. Not just 2 options anymore. They have changed a lot of things. There's a python folder and a python.exe in a PostgreSQL subfolder. Could that one work? VS told me wrong path when I tried once.

There's no python folder in odoo16 folder, whatever I do.
Maybe their downloaded file was corrupted
