I started in the 90s with High End Systems dedicated controllers. Our Disco included, Intellabeams, Trackspots, Color Pros and Technobeams. 4 different lighting fixtures with there own controllers. Programing was time consuming and cumbersome. This controller would have been a dream come true. The fact that everything latches is so perfect for programming and performance. I am a musician and launch pads have become the norm, so this has me intrigued.
I’d like to unpack how it works in a more basic setting. Things like basic front wash lights, while maybe some moving/changing lights at the back. The sort of thing a cover band or a small church might use
If you are in Europe check out the Stuff from Ulrich Radig. He has an LED to Artnet controller for 100€, then you could add this to your computer and fire up Resolume.
That would be a good question for ADJ, but I believe all of the processing/hardware is essentially the same inside, so it should work from what I understand

does it have automation options?
Great video! Can you make a video on controlling pixel-addressable LED strips on a budget? It would be incredibly useful for me.
Definitely is in the pipeline

Do you know if you are able to use WLINK to connect a MK1 with MK2?
