    I'm gob smacked at how tame those deer were!
    A question, what took the man behind the Tikka
    so long to take his shot?

      Yes unusual behaviour however not uncommon for deer on previously unmanaged land. Always best to take a strategic approach, no rush and well managed placements. Thank you for watching and happy hunting 🦌

    Nice shooting. Never seen roe as calm as they were especially after the first shot interesting. Well done for getting the lame one.looked a bad injury

      Yes the deer were calm that morning, could be down to been new ground really, never been stalked plus we was well hidden and there use to that banger that you hear.so wasn't bothered with the shot.

      I’m a little torn in the viewing of this video! As a deer stalker that understands the need to control deer, I can’t help but recognise that these deer haven’t been managed previously, that being said the complexity of the farmland adds another dimension to the scenario, as in not much forest and plenty of crops results in excess roe deer, probably no muntjac within that scenario, I’m a big fan of deer promotion and expansion, this is challenging for me to see 7 roe erased, sorry if you think I’m criticising but this isn’t deer management, ultimately if the farmer asked you to eradicate a small population then you’ve done what is asked you but it doesn’t sit well with me,
