@@nalinhanda every small displacement turbo engine is bound to give a little less mileage, unless you never go hit the turbo band...find where the turbo starts and try to stay below that rpm for the best mileage, but ofcourse the least fun. Plus, DCT is made for performance and not b2b traffic in our cities - it gives the least mileage compared to all other auto transmissions. Nonetheless, the mileage you're getting is pretty good, comparing all that's in your hand👍

In bumper to bumper traffic, drive it as manual(neutral whenever you stop, D mode when moving) to get comparatively better average. Also when you start the car, give it a 2-3 minutes before driving, so that oil can reach all parts of engine. Same after driving when you are about to stop, don't kill the engine straight away , when you halt, keep it running for 2-3 minutes and car will give longer life 😀
If you don't want to buy polo don't drive it ....Once u drive polo TSI you won't able to buy other car and if u r buying other car after driving polo then u don't know much about car and driving 😊

Then obviously Hyundai and Suzuki will upgrade their line up as well. You should see Hyndai and Kias Business Model, they are successful in every European, US and African Market.
@@indroneel9 I tested VW polo tsi and Hyundai i20 dct turbo, the price I would have paid for VW polo tsi would not be worth it. I20 has more space and a real performance car. Every product has some downsides but Hyundai is better in service I drove Tata as well for three years but Hyundai has better customer service and better dealership experience.

I and my friend got I20 Nline DCT and IMT respectively. The car is great in terms of handling, have great road presence, I'm actually able to get average of 15-17 kmpl easily in city drive. This is definitely a fun to drive car as well as family car. 😀 Drive responsibly 🙏🏼

If the Honda City 4th gen is still selling you might want to try it out. Great NA engine and good handling and even better practicality. If you can stretch the budget a bit maybe the 5th gen City base model can also be good choice.

Idc if fanbois think Polo is better than the N Line, this is a genuinely decent effort from Hyundai. Yes, the 1.0 tsi is a great engine no doubt, but on the handling part I'm not so sure. I had driven a Rapid 1.0 a while ago and coming from an old econobox with hydraulic steering the Rapid's controls felt kinda numb ngl. That's not to say it wasn't enjoyable to drive, but it lacked the feel and feedback. Personally, I had to eyeball my steering and braking inputs because they were just so light, couldn't find the bite point of the clutch because, light again, etc. Suspension was a bit soft but stable tho. I'd like to see how the N Line drives, but a MASSIVE miss on this car is a manual. iMT has no place in this car, and while a DCT may be good, imagine how nice the exhaust would sound on rev matched downshifts. But it's appreciable that they focused on handling and steering. Other brands tried to make affordable hot hatches in India but failed, but when a market leader does it, at least it sells well, so I hope they bring a manual version in the future (although I'm not holding my breath tbh). PS- did no one notice it has Canards under the fog lights?
@@yoaashay imt performs better in nline than dct. Imt shifts are butter smooth and you get manual control without the hassle of clutch pedal. In dct there is lag and 1st to nd shift is annoying. Imt is better than dct and many times better than regular manual. Drive it to experience it
@@thurules if you think the clutch is a hassle then maybe the N line isn't a car for you? 🤷♂️ The clutch is what is supposed to be the most important part of a sporty car, so that you can control the revs in different situations, do rev matching and much more- something that can't be done in an iMT or DCT (DCT can do it automatically but it's not the same). Regardless I still want to try out the DCT to experience the car's handling- maybe when I'm looking for a new car that is.
@@yoaashay bro, clutch is there in imt, its just that the clutch operation is automated for you. That means the imt transmission does a better operation of clutch than someone who does it manually. That means you get almost proper clutch press without needing to press clutch pedal and you get control of the revs

IMT is better for city users then DCT which has heating issues . IMT is more durable and driving is better with gear control in our hand .
