@@Autoz2025 It’s only in India bro. In developed markets, all brands offer solid build/safety. And that’s also partly due to government. A car being sold for 9lakhs to the customer, government is taking 1.2lakhs at showrooms in registration/GST, Dealer margins is another 0.5-1-1.5% and overheads to come to showrooms from the factory is another 1-1.5%. Basically the car is being built at 4-5 lakhs and that’s same for VW/Hyundai. They can’t build solid at those prices. It’s not possible.
@@d_techterminal It was quite a reliable engine though and may not be as good as the 1.0 TSI or 1.2 TSI but was quite decent an engine tbh. Definitely was underpowered for a German car but it did get the job done.

My sister drives the turbo i20 not N-line though, car is great, very powerful, handling is good too, very less body-roll..The main question everyone asks me, "Kitna deta hain?"... being a 3Cyl turbo that produces 118bhp, runs with DCT gearbox, dont expect great mileage. Drove the car in a highway for 60kms, i just cant believe my eyes seeing the car gives only 12.4kmpl on the highway! On the other hand I drive my mom's Baleno RS daily and it averages between 14-17kmpl on the highway. The baleno is way more fun to drive because its a Manual, the downside is that it is almost 17bhp less powerful than the i20 and suspension is too soft. ....
Have one, love it. i20N is definitely wasted on indian roads but hoping they can come up with a 1.2l turbocharged engine or something and pump in a little more power and reduce the lag. Wouldnt mind selling my kidney for that upgrade 🥺
Faisal Bhai, In your initial review on i20 N line IMT, you mentioned that its not as good as the polo in driving dynamics. Did you change your mind now?
He said he misses the polo but it lacks the comfort so he mentions that the n line is also good but it is the best of both worlds with both performance and comfort is what he meant
The price at which this car comes, a mild hybrid would have been great. Would have improved FE and made it an actual value buy. Right now, I'm looking at a good hatchback to buy, but this is extremely expensive
you can opt for other tyres actually even after delivery from the manufacturer(in this case what you replaced will be your spare tyres no ?just the radius needs to be same) and there are minimum 4-5 other colors other than this, generally on this car silver/white looks smooth ,good to look at i mean and it is better than polo realistically but apparently it does not have that much of road presence, people generally switch to upper variant cars like investing around 19-20 lacs and getting creta sort of stuff, overall if you are total family person you can go for suv(meaning going everywhere with family),else if you are single you can go for this, considering you dont like sedans, they dont want to put 16 into this thats why the road presence is less and mostly indian middle class is not accustomed to dct,so that is another reason they get apprehensive(i gave this input considering for a very big change in my life i actually got biased towards a particular something more than required)
But my love towards Polo never dies whatever car it may come but Polo is Polo no car can match driving dynamics, performance, build quality at present scenario

I was getting the feeling of watching mat watson from carwow LOL . Still this channel is the best for car review . I suggest it to everyone 😊
Sorry to say @Faisal, But Polo has good crash test rating.
I like your reviews, @Faisal and follow most of the cars under 20LK budgets 🎉🎉
But your wheel spin and your fast hinglish will be crazy 🫡🥳
polo isnt available, has been discontinued and moreover polo isnt that comfortable as an i20, rear seat comfort in i20 is excellent when compared to polo. coming to performance, 19/20 ka difference hai i20n line or turbo variant and polo mein so itna bhi enthusiasm nahi hai ki i can trade off many pros
Dude polo is better only in crash ratings. i20 is miles, stars and galaxies ahead in every other point.
Whats this bull shit about crash test rating .i 20 has 4 star euro ncap rating and 6 airbags and 4 wheel disk brakes and are u talking about polos 4 star global n cap ( no 1 fake private company)rating
Global n cap is a fake private company not even a government recognised company
@@Autoz2025 It’s only in India bro. In developed markets, all brands offer solid build/safety.
And that’s also partly due to government. A car being sold for 9lakhs to the customer, government is taking 1.2lakhs at showrooms in registration/GST, Dealer margins is another 0.5-1-1.5% and overheads to come to showrooms from the factory is another 1-1.5%. Basically the car is being built at 4-5 lakhs and that’s same for VW/Hyundai.
They can’t build solid at those prices. It’s not possible.
The cinematography in this video is great
"polo is better" likh deta hu kool ban jaunga🌚
Polo GT owners after paying an exponentially higher price just for a GT badge, spoiler and an automatic gearbox and calling it a hot hatch 🤡
@@yoaashay A German car never disappoints when it comes to performance.
@@EtherealMisconduct Polo GTI definitely did when compared to the likes of Fiesta ST and i20N tbh
@@EtherealMisconduct say that to 1.2mpi polo owners
@@d_techterminal It was quite a reliable engine though and may not be as good as the 1.0 TSI or 1.2 TSI but was quite decent an engine tbh. Definitely was underpowered for a German car but it did get the job done.
Deep Down Fasbeamers love Altroz 😂❤
Bro I was literally looking for an altroz comment
Faisal Bhai Great Long Term Review👍👍👍👍👍
Polo kids crying 😭 😂
I brought altroz 1.5 turbo diesel... instead of i20 nline. And. I done 11k. On 2months😂
Superb decision, it'll give you driving pleasure / fun + save your life in an unfortunate event unlike i20 ☠️
August 2020 Diesel Altroz owner here, Altroz Diesel is an absolutely beautiful car perfect package.
@@daninwheels1006 fun lmao
@@daninwheels1006 and best part. Its 4 cylinder car 😂
Last time I had checked they had omitted safety features like ESP and Traction control in Altroz.
5:49 So MT has now arrived.. Awaiting your drive review
The last shot😂😂😂😂
The best review by far!
They should give 1.4 L turbo with this car
More taxation
This car would fly because of its low weight
Normally these vloggers boast about the beauty of german cars and it's safety... but actually ends up buying a Maruti or Hyundai cars for their milage n practicality..
I thought Faisal had an swift before as his personal car (few years back)
My sister drives the turbo i20 not N-line though, car is great, very powerful, handling is good too, very less body-roll..The main question everyone asks me, "Kitna deta hain?"... being a 3Cyl turbo that produces 118bhp, runs with DCT gearbox, dont expect great mileage. Drove the car in a highway for 60kms, i just cant believe my eyes seeing the car gives only 12.4kmpl on the highway!
On the other hand I drive my mom's Baleno RS daily and it averages between 14-17kmpl on the highway. The baleno is way more fun to drive because its a Manual, the downside is that it is almost 17bhp less powerful than the i20 and suspension is too soft. ....
For your love with Manual in Hatchback Variant you should have either Citreon C3 Turbo or the upcoming Tata Altroz Racer in your garage
Its a very good car. Amazing drive.
Hey Faizal
as the i20 diesel manual got discontinued, is altroz diesel a better replacement?
im a i20 sportz ivt owner and this car is amazing🔥
bro can you make a review on i20 ivt as well, i want to see your opinion on that car.
Have one, love it.
i20N is definitely wasted on indian roads but hoping they can come up with a 1.2l turbocharged engine or something and pump in a little more power and reduce the lag. Wouldnt mind selling my kidney for that upgrade 🥺
Kindly make a video regarding the BMW G310 GS.
Whether its worth in 2023 or not.
These days vlogs are more of carwow review. Good to see tho ❤
I drive i20 nline as my one and only daily driver@9000kms in last 1 year.. after more than 6 months of waiting period I got this...😂

Faisal Bhai, In your initial review on i20 N line IMT, you mentioned that its not as good as the polo in driving dynamics. Did you change your mind now?
Sponsored pov now 😅
He said he misses the polo but it lacks the comfort so he mentions that the n line is also good but it is the best of both worlds with both performance and comfort is what he meant
A Polo is a Polo is a Polo but the N Line will surprise you for sure!
@@cospinkristijan2267 nope
@@FasBeam just sarcasm bro 😂 thanks for ur reply anyhow 🤙

I’ve done 40k
How do you fit in the driver's seat?

🎉🎉🎉
is the IMT discontinued in nline i20?
Nice video, but tad disappointed by the lack of detailing around exhaust and within the hood. Show some love, Faisal.
Mat Watson style video. Liked it
Would love to have a review of 6 Speed Manual variant launched recently with its facelift
But my love towards Polo never dies whatever car it may come but Polo is Polo no car can match driving dynamics, performance, build quality at present scenario
Bhaijan jra baki desho mei dekho Polo ki haalt .. i20 N eats polo there for dinner
India seems to have more number of polo fans than the rest of the world combined.😊
@@SakshamSharma-vk2ls it might fast in acceleration but when it comes to mind range and top end Polo GTi can kick back i20 N at anytime and tuning potential of VAG's are just better than hyundai anyday my kid and Polo has better build quality and better brakes too compare to i20N
If you want clarification once you try Hyundai Verna 1.5 TGDi & VW Virtus GT 1.5 TSi as same thing low end Verna performs but when it comes to mid range & top end Virtus GT blow your mind
No hate to Hyundai bcoz I too love Verna 1.6 CRDi & Santa Fe 2.2 CRDi these both the Hyundai's are diesel rocket 🚀
