Wow, that's a bad one. Very unlucky. Testing Rescue should happen much higher. Pretend that it's going to go full negative, and give yourself enough room to save it. I've seen helis go in all directions when Rescue is activated. One even turned knife-edge and went full pitch to the side. Defo got to take it well away until you trust it. BTW, Bailout is when you're in an autorotation and you switch the motor back on. You were testing Rescue.
The recommendation for testing rescue is to test the function on the ground at the end of your flight with the motor off. The swashplate should then move straight up. If there is any deviation due to vibrations or a setup issue then you will notice it at this point without risking the model. If it is correctly working at the end of the flight then it will have been correct in the air too.
If you are using the FBL Spirit system, replace it as soon as possible. These systems have failures and can crash the model themselves. A friend had the same problem. I saw his heli crash 3 times on this system.

Sorry to see this dude it's all part of the hobby but you look like you can fly so get more sim time and don't trust the bail out you got it.
