I love the creativity of using up Chriatmas leftovers - and these ideas look fab- I especially like the use of the caramalised onion chutney to add moisture and taste to the stuffing topped pie! The (glorious) week of eating mainly leftovers is my payback for having spent a lot on my pre-Christmas supermarket shop. I am expecting to have a couple of extremely cheap weeks shopping as we move into the New Year.
Tasty ideas Ali, love the idea of a stuffing topped dish. Another idea would be to fry off all the leftovers until caramelised and season, then add two or three beaten eggs. Cook gently in the frying pan then if you have any odd bits of cheese hanging about crumble that on top & pop under a grill to brown - so tasty that you would never know it’s a leftover dish!

Great ideas! Here on Sweden we have a smorgasbord of things like pickled herring, potato gratin, salmon, ham, beetroot salad, sausage, meatballs etc wich make trying to make something of the leftovers, interesting😂. But I love it like it is, the plates get less and less interesting😅. We still have lot's of food left, I don't think we have to cook for another 2 days. Perfect for lazy Christmas holiday, just reheat and watch a movie or read books. I will try my best not to throw anything away, so much food is wasted this time a year! Love your channel!

Looks delicious, Ali! We ate Christmas lunch at our daughter’s so I don’t have leftovers this year but I have leftovers from Christmas Eve to use up today - a load of cooked pasta and roast veg which we will polish off today. Happy Boxing Day 😊
