Hello I missed one! There's a Heavy Rain Origami piece you can grab out of the Gatcha machine, but it just goes into the Overworld and isn't a bot, so I forgot about it for this video (there might be a few more like this...)
"I see Polygon Man, but I don't think he has any games attached to him." HOLD IT! That character was given the Master Hand role in Playstation All-Stars (i.e. final boss and instigator of all routes), and I'm pretty sure that has a Platinum! I know, that's technically a crossover, but that's like saying Galeem doesn't exist because he's a Smash original, it makes no sense! Besides, I think there's only one series involved there that isn't part of the Astrobot lineup, that being Fat Princess. ... Ah. You counted that game anyway, just on a far less fitting character(s). Very well. Also, Playstation Heroes on the Move should be part of the list given it's a crossover between Ratchet, Sly, and Jak, all of which are in this game... and I think that has a Platinum too. To be fair, I wouldn't count it if only _part_ of the crossover elements were in here, but they _all_ are.
I don't think they would call the skateboard bot "Pro Skater" if it wasn't a direct reference to Tony Hawk, and those games were huge on the PlayStation.
no wonder the video that i was listing the references listed that cook as an Overcooked reference, literally nobody but the diehardest Playstation fans are gonna know about that game
lol fr, Overcooked is a crazy shout tho! And this video idea originally started as “I Platinum’d Every Game in Astro Bot” but obviously changed to this when I realised how crazy that would be haha! A bunch of these are unobtainable now aswell, not sure on the exact number 💔
You could maybe count the last Skylanders game for Spyro too since he is a NPC that is in a few levels (they even changed the VA), Crash Bandicoot has its own level but it feels more like a collab than being inside a game
Astrobot was my 410th Platinum and I’ve certainly got a lot of the aforementioned games on the list. I’ll admit to having some really easy games though the “5 Minute Platinum” style of game doesn’t appear too many times! Overall it’s a mix of indies and AAA releases with Returnal still being amongst my proudest moment, though the original Batman Arkham Asylum is still one of the rarest with the hugely underrated Fuser joining it. Astrobot itself was pretty easy with only the challenge levels providing … well, a challenge … but I never felt cheated and knew if I persevered I’d get there eventually.
@@PlatinAdam Absolutely adored Fuser and rhythm games in general. It’s a shame we don’t get a new Guitar Hero or, indeed, Fuser 2 as I’d buy full price for that knowing how much tidy get out of it. With the Platinum it wasn’t a “definite” one as I really struggled with the campaign and getting anywhere near 3 stars a song. But then it slowly clicked and I figured out different methods until I’d almost drift into to a trance and everything would come together. I still boot it up every so often for a jam session …
Resident Yakuza fan here: you could make an argument for including Fist of The Northstar Lost Paradise as there is a skin that changes the main character into Kiryu, but that might still be considered a cameo. Fun video!
For arc the lad, i should mention the sole arc game with trophy support is the 4th game, twilight of the spirits, which arc doesnt appear in as the game takes place 1000years after the trilogy arc appears in No need to call him arc the lad either, his name is just arc!
Sorry should have clarified, “Twilight of the Spirits” is the one we counted! It’s the only one with trophy support. And it looks like Arc isn’t actually in that one lol oops!
@@PlatinAdam Huh, I no longer feel bad about not bothering to go through all the effort of their trophies, seriously I barely managed to beat EASY mode.
For monster hunter theres many, many games (15 main games + 2 if counting rise + world dlc then the spinoffs which as of now stories 1 and 2 are the only spinoffs they seem to promote properly) The only ones you can get a platinum on playstation for is world + iceborne, rise and stories 1 + 2 (im 99% sure frontier was never on playstation and even then it shutdown)
@PlatinAdam seems like you skipped a few on vita. noticed when you skipped the uncharted game on vita and i've platinumed that one. it was called golden abyis or something like that.
I don't recall Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters having a Platinum Trophy. Unless you're playing the PS4/PS5 port. But I know you forgot about "Tools of Destruction."
Nope! There’s no trophies for Tools of Destruction, and yeah Size Matters recently got trophy support, the PS4/PS5 version is just a port of the PSP game.
What did you expect out of the title? I actually thought of a few titles and ended up going with this one even though it’s a bit too long, because I felt it was best representative of the actual video. Happy to take on feedback but I’m a bit confused by this one

OBJECTION!
Never mind, fair points well made
3:10 "from bloodborne 1 and bloodborne... well just the 1st one ig" lol, i feel that pain
One day…
I don't think they would call the skateboard bot "Pro Skater" if it wasn't a direct reference to Tony Hawk, and those games were huge on the PlayStation.
Yeah completely agree, just saw a Twitter thread last week arguing it was something else (Grind Session I think) so wanted to cover all bases!
no wonder the video that i was listing the references listed that cook as an Overcooked reference, literally nobody but the diehardest Playstation fans are gonna know about that game
also now we need to see someone speedrun this plat collection
lol fr, Overcooked is a crazy shout tho!

This is the information we need 👏🏻👏🏻

410?!?
@@leviticuzlila6950 Yeah, I’m a bit of a trophy whore, or at least used to be. This does include PS4 titles obviously …
lol dw about it bud I’m at 390 myself! Very impressed by your Fuser plat!

yeah crossover/cameo territory for me, but I appreciate the shout, I was looking into Judgment for this video haha. Thank you!

You could also add Resident Evil The Darkside Chronicles and Umbrella Chronicles.
Yeah had a look at those but they don’t have a platinum!

lol I'm a newbie, only ones I've played are 7 onwards! (including the remakes)
Challenge accepted

Yeah I mentioned all of them, and FrontierZ was on PlayStation

Yeah I say Golden Abyss in the video haha
Hell yeah dude
Hell yeah Rene how many of these do you have?
@@PlatinAdam I have 50 platinum trophies
this is the first time I've heard Knack mentioned by name since like 2015
Mark Cerny is a Knack fiend

Fall guys is technically 2 thanks to the new launcher or did the original not have a platinum?
Yeah the OG version had a platinum but that falls under the GOW3/GOW3HD umbrella for me, both versions are fundamentally the same game!
A video with a title that doesn't quite fit the video. Click bait.
