Thank you for your acts of kindness to share this valuable information. Family inheritance dispute: On what grounds will a judge accept an out of time claim? What happens if one parties solicitor has made an untruthful statement on official registered Court documents and remains silent?
Hi, Ben, got a complicated situation. Found out today in a remote hearing that my ex has breached an 'Undertaking' twice. I knew about the 1st time & he was threatened by a past judge with a fine and/ or imprisonment. This second breach has me really worried. I'll contact you formally in the next few days.
There is always a mediation session just before the court hearing where only the interested parties and a mediator are present (no other representatives). This is an opportunity to agree at least an interim consent order for what is to happen until the full hearing.
@@louised4260 No, it was definitely a mediator that worked for the court. It's curious that you've not encountered this. Is it possible that it was specific to the court I was using? I was under the impression this was standard practice.
@@Simon-ho9db no as I have appeared in many courts in the West Midlands and never encountered any kind of “in-house” mediation before a hearing. However Cafcass sometimes attend hearings and speak to the parties in an attempt to identify and narrow any issues. My local courts wouldn’t fund mediators when there is a shortage of Cafcass officers
Section 7 created before a judge ordered it, cafcass gagged me , at no point did i get to speak really corrupt things happened so bad a sex offender has gained residency yet no one can ever be avcountable what can i do

...Unless the case is full of corruption. In which case there is no mediation.
Never heard of that and I’ve done FHDRA’s for 20 years! Do you mean Cafcass talking to the parties before the hearing?
