Communities Coming Together Video

Communities Coming Together will build the capacity of culturally and linguistically diverse people with disability, their families, carers and communities through culturally appropriate peer-led support groups facilitated in community languages. This exciting project also supports newly emerging communities, families of young children with disability and established culturally and linguistically diverse communities with significant barriers to accessing services.
The project addresses two key issues being experienced by these groups: social isolation and a lack of engagement with disability and mainstream services.
