I watch a lot of TH-cam tutorials, and the English ladies are the best, and you are the best of the best of the English ladies. I'm in love with your videos. I just want to thank you for being so thorough and being such an excellent teacher!
LOL! You ink up everything to antique it! Because it starts out that way you won't use it is quite funny! It looks pretty on my tablet. Probably looks quite different in person. Just struck my funny bone is all!
Carol your to clever for words!!!!!!!! I really really love 💖 these fancy envelopes/pocket thingys. And yes I really really will have to watch this again. Thank you so much Carol I really really appreciate you and your tutorials are fantastic xxx Mags
Your tutorials are so thorough and I am impressed with your endless creativity and will definitely be using all of these ideas. Question-What is the size of magnet that you use in your closures? Brilliant idea.
Oh, Carol - you are so talented and generous! I hope to take some of your lessons in the New Year. Have a wonderful Christmas and the best health and prosperity in 2019!
Carol is it tracing paper or vellum? My tracing paper is so much thinner. Like thin parchment paper, baking paper if you will. I love these folded items. I think tomorrow is making some ephemera day. Then Tuesday after I get my paper for the covers I will be making the mini covers with the kit of yours I bought. So I'm busy and happy now. Thank you
Cant remember what I said in the video but it was probably a suggestion for the viewer who looks at their own papers and thinks that and to show it can still be useable for whatever purpose :) xx
Hi there, Carol! Loved this little challenge and I learned quite a but about myself in viewing it. I think I might be called a bit ‘too controlling.’ However, if I’m enjoying the process of being ‘knit-picky,’ I’d like to indulge that personality trait. In each of these processes, can you create a plain-paper ‘template’ to have certain design elements fall in certain locations on the finished project? Is that something you could do a tutorial on, or is it impossible? Thanks so much for your divine tutorials and your patience in sharing your insight! Thanks again! Marjorie
I'm not Carol, obviously, but what about using a sheet of vellum and folding it as described and then unfolding it and marking each part of the envelope? This way you could place it over your patterned paper and move it around to figure out where you want to cut and fold your paper.
