There was another way to do that last one. You could jump on the shell after the mid-air. It's stuck in there and can go back and forth, and if you jump on it, you won't get trapped by the one ways.

Anytime I die now with Breath of the Wild, I have to sit through the little cinematic, the theatrics of Link falling over, the jingle, and then slowly the "Continue/Quit" option pops up. Then the loading screen. Not the worst, by any stretch, but it's a 10-12 second restart, and in areas where there's a lot of trial and error, that gets irritating lol.
SAME. I love BOTW, but the loading is such a nuisance. I get why, the game is supposedly loading up the ENTIRE map every single time you die/teleport/load a save, and it's not exactly a small map, but it's still a pain.

I love Dan's suggestion about going into super expert only with the extra lives earned on the easier stages!!! With 3 potential extra lives per level, in theory it's possible to rack up100 lives by the start of super expert. Even with just the easy and medium levels, there are 72 potential extra lives. It would definitely be entertaining to see the creative ways RYU milks (or should I say cheeses) the extra lives. It might be too annoying for him to kill himself so many times at the beginning of each run. He never dies on the easy and medium levels anyway though, so it would probably be just as good to have a running counter of extra lives earned through those stages.
you can't with that low ceiling. To make mario line up with the spring you need to be at a certain height of your jump. In nsmb you can ground-pound to do low spring jumps.

Opportunity In China one thing to think about is what kind of tv do you use? Those older games were made for crt tv's that don't have the display lag of modern flat screens. That little delay can be brutal at times.

Pretty cool run with wide variety of stages and not too much garbage dumped on the way, too bad you got hit by the bullet at the very end on this Russian roulette of Super Expert. That tasty slice of cheese on the successful wall jump redeemed the run though, well played!

I love ryu and I have watched almost all his videos including the live streams.i also know this video is over a year old at this point but it kills me how people star and don't star levels. Intense burning sensation was a good level that deserved a star but u didn't star it because ,u thought it should have had more at the end?, but some levels that were meh levels u have stared because of a world record or a challenge or because u were happy.
