Ferrari Testarossa Smog air pump rebuild-tested.

This is a Nippon Denso two-vane smog air pump used as a "Bellows" to fan the flames in catalitic converters and burn up (to a degree) polution that otherwise escapes the tail pipe as unburned hydrocarbons- and thus called -SMOG PUMPS . Actually oiless air pumps that are VERY precision inside. This one had WATER inside upon receipt--and was a boat ancor awaiting COMPLETE restoration. These do not really exist currently in any form other that internally destroyed like this one. We have all the parts new, used, and hand made. This one now works--puting out more than 3 psi at speed, and 2lbs air pressure at idle. AMAZING!
