As for the menu on the tv - yes, it comes like that. It’s from the DLC. You have to decorate a cafe and a restaurant there (and you can buy the furniture for yourself later too).

I’m not Japanese and don’t know how to speak Japanese, but after doing some research, according to google, チョコフラワー translates to Chocolate Flower
BUT IM NOT 100%, if there is someone who is Japanese can confirm these, I’m sorry please don’t hate me
