A very thorough chip review.
This organisation of chips into realms and echelons gives off strong religious overtones, where chickens are breaded angels, and communion is carbonated and strawberry flavoured. It won't be long now until we begin seeing menus in illuminated Latin script, and friars working the fryers.

Love your reviews, my man. Might I recommend Shamim’s Perfect Fried Chicken, and Perfect Fried Chicken (Poplar). Both down Poplar High Street, by All Saints DLR. Shamim’s is probably the better of the two, but certainly worth trying out 👌

This show makes me so hungry. The other day I bought a two-piece with chips from the corner store next to my uni, kept thinking what would the CNSR rate this? (This is in Wellington, NZ, so it's slightly different to London chicken culture)
used to be my local and it’s a solid one for sure. most consistent morleys in lewy tho is new cross: used to get a bus past three other morleys to get to it. never had a bad meal from there, including early hours of new years. mad. moved away and miss it so bad
