You're absolutely right Efra, the recorded songs of Ben and Ben abide rules of unity and there isnt really areas where individuality can shine, but on their live performaces they do have certain changes on the arrangements to add more depth and variety.
I requested for this too. My ultimate favorite song of Ben&Ben.
I think this song defines the true meaning of love, relationship wise. It's about choosing each other every day. It's about accepting and respecting each other's differences.
It's normal to fall out of love, but just cause your feelings fell off, doesnt mean you're no longer meant to be together. Love is a choice, it's a commitment more than an emotion. no matter how tough some days are, you'd choose each other (pipiliin ka) every day (sa araw araw). That for me is the most realistic meaning of love.
I'm not quite sure if you have reacted to SB19 x Ben&Ben rendition of MAPA live. It's superb! If you haven't still, pls do watch coz the vibe is so different it's like you're hearing a new song. ❤️
Yes they did and it got like more than 100k in less than a month I think but now it's gone. Perhaps it got blocked.

I'm fortunate that I get to see them perform live a couple of times before the pandemic. Watching them perform live on stage is just something else; so incredible and magical. I hope you get to see them live too soon ❤️

Ben&Ben is such a gem. Their music is a masterpiece. They are really good in live performances. It's such a joy watching them perform on stage. Had the opportunity to watched them live; twice in a Music Festival and thrice during their Album Mall tours.

Watch their Mitsa next performed in wish bus. The song is about a relationship that isn't working anymore, like a candle wick (mitsa) that is worn out even if you light it up it doesnt burn anymore.

As an SB19 fan, one of my biggest regret was not buying a ticket of Ben&Ben's online concert recently where SB19 was a guest. Someone has posted a short clip of the performance of their collab song KAPANGYARIHAN on Twitter and it literally blew my mind. It was so good and I was praying hard that they would do a rerun of that concert so that I could buy ticket. But sadly, they made a rerun for free for the original ticket holders only. :(
I had saved the clip before the original poster deleted it but still wishing that I could watch the whole thing. I'd pay the whole ticket price for that one single performance. :(
I got to watch that concert 2x that same night (KTX had tech problems with the first stream) and its re-run the week after! Kapangyarihan, for me, was the best performance from Kuwaderno...but maybe I'm biased bec I love SB19! Haha
Their hour-long finale was spectacular, too, singing mostly their classics (Kathang Isip, Leaves, Di Ka Sayang) and some of my faves fr Kuwaderno (Ilang Tulog Na Lang, Kayumanggi).

Btw, the sole purpose of apostrophe in the Filipino language is contraction. So the word you saw "sa'yo'y" is a contraction of three words "sa iyo ay" which translates word-for-word to "for you is". Fun fact: The word "sa" is equivalent to most english preposition (for/to/in/on etc.) which is pretty convenient. Lastly, you'd pronounce it as "suh-yoy"
