The original vicalist was 14 years old when hw joined the band, left after their 1st major awards to go solo. As 3 were left, they still won Album of the tge Year and Song of the Year. Due to pandemic and they cannot do much together as a band, they declared hiatus and Zild (the bassist and now l a ad vocalist) dropped his own solo album that you can watch here on TH-cam on his own channel ZILD.

everyone's suggesting what they should watch next but no one's appreciating how they perfectly put into words what I feel about IVoS. you know they're on the music industry and are professionals cause they know what they're talking about. even if it's your first time watching them, you'd trust them for how well spoken and critical they are with their reactions. they also never fail to recognize and mention things that are just as important, looking at it in different perspectives and so on. i also think that you genuinely like them and not just saying it for validation(no one said you don't tho) but i think what confirms this is the fact that when you were hyped, i was hyped with you as well, and i haven't felt that since the first time i listened to this song, as well as their other songs you reacted to. respect ./,,/

Unique (their former vocalist and guy with the specs and bangs) left the band 2 years ago and went solo, eversince the group had been a trio with their bassist as their current vocalist and continued doing songs and even released a full length album last year. Right now they're on a hiatus or break apparently but they have new music as of this year as well. Unique has 2 albums as of now so he's also doing quite well so yeah, give their other songs a listen.

I am not sure if IV of Spades really got disbanded already, but according to some few things I knew and read, they went on a hiatus this year. I also know that their lead vocalist or main vocalist (or one their vocalist) Unique Salonga pursued a solo career and left the group a year ago or more, and is still accordingly active and now known simply with his first name Unique. The band or group went and continued on as a three member group or band even Unique pursued a solo career, and they still continued IV of Spades up to this year, but I never know that they already got disbanded, and all I just know for now is they went on a hiatus this year.

In the Philippines, bands are still a big thing. In fact, if you look at the OPM Yearly Top Hits on Spotify it's filled mostly with band music. As for the Genre, hmm... well some of the Yearly Top Hits are still Eraserheads, Parokya Ni Edgar, Cueshe (I was surprised when I saw this too) and other very old songs so I feel like their type of music is still very popular.

The problem is that here in the Philippines the music industry is weak that is why IVOS is underrated and didnt go international
