IV of Spades haven't disbanded but their vocalist in this video left the group some 2 years ago. The band announced their hiatus in August of this year though.

Zild's Solo Album is amaaaazing
They haven't disbanded. The lead vocalist left to go solo a few years back but the trio (bassist, lead guitarist and drummer) still continued to make music. The music has changed a bit but for good as they all sing now. Check out their Wish Bus performances of "Come Inside of My Heart" and "Take That Man."
They are indeed within the indie/funk/prog rock band category.

I actually watched them live accidentally when they performed in my uni, i got hooked and now I'm here
The original vicalist was 14 years old when hw joined the band, left after their 1st major awards to go solo. As 3 were left, they still won Album of the tge Year and Song of the Year. Due to pandemic and they cannot do much together as a band, they declared hiatus and Zild (the bassist and now l a ad vocalist) dropped his own solo album that you can watch here on TH-cam on his own channel ZILD.
oh my god yesss, next is "In my prison" a boppp or "where have you been my disco" or "come inside of my heart" yeah i mean, basically all of this is a bop and a must watch 😅
the girl's name on the video is Ella Gatchalian and I think she has her own channel. As for the band, the vocalist's name is Unique Salonga or just Unique. The bassist is Zild Benitez, the drummer is Badjao De Castro and the lead guitarist is Blaster Silonga. As for what happened Unique left the band for a reason (I simply can't tell since there is a lot of rumors and sayings of what caused him to leave. and they never disclosed to the public the reason). And they have been a trio ever since. They still got more songs that you can react to.

everyone's suggesting what they should watch next but no one's appreciating how they perfectly put into words what I feel about IVoS. you know they're on the music industry and are professionals cause they know what they're talking about. even if it's your first time watching them, you'd trust them for how well spoken and critical they are with their reactions. they also never fail to recognize and mention things that are just as important, looking at it in different perspectives and so on. i also think that you genuinely like them and not just saying it for validation(no one said you don't tho) but i think what confirms this is the fact that when you were hyped, i was hyped with you as well, and i haven't felt that since the first time i listened to this song, as well as their other songs you reacted to. respect ./,,/

The four of them started few years ago but the main vocalist which is Unique, left the band 2 years ago. The 3 of them Badjao (the drummer), Blaster (Guitarist), and Zild (Bassist and Main Vocal now) countinued to make more music.

They released " Hey barbara" on the year 2017, so probably, all of them are just TEENAGERS at that time. The group started at the young age, which means they're really gifted with such talent.

Listen to their song Where Have You Been My Disco. In this song, Unique, the former vocalist was still with them. Then Listen to Come Inside of My Heart. It's one of the music they produced with just the three of them and it's really really good.

Unique (their former vocalist and guy with the specs and bangs) left the band 2 years ago and went solo, eversince the group had been a trio with their bassist as their current vocalist and continued doing songs and even released a full length album last year. Right now they're on a hiatus or break apparently but they have new music as of this year as well. Unique has 2 albums as of now so he's also doing quite well so yeah, give their other songs a listen.

IV of Spades entered an indefinite hiatus this year on August 21, 2020, according to a source. So, they didn't get disbanded, but just kind of an indefinite pause or break.
Members. Blaster Silonga, 21 lead guitar. Zild Benitez, 23 bassist. Unique Salonga, 20 guitar. Badjao de Castro, 26 drums.

I watched 1V of spades live at Araneta Colesium, during Yearly Myx Celebration and Awarding, They were great performers, the band still performing at this time, only the other vocalist resigned,

FYI- the band is not yet disbanded. Only Unique chose to go solo. But the three Zild, Blaster and Badjao still in the group! As they updated in their channel, maybe they'll comeback next year, when this pandemic become moderate.

Hi guys.i believe the three of them are in hiatus right now, not disbanded...Zild, the bass player became the lead singer of the group ever since the main one (Unique) left the group back in 2018. Blaster, the guitarist also sings and even Badjao, the drummer is harmonizing with them at times.

In the Philippines, bands are still a big thing. In fact, if you look at the OPM Yearly Top Hits on Spotify it's filled mostly with band music. As for the Genre, hmm... well some of the Yearly Top Hits are still Eraserheads, Parokya Ni Edgar, Cueshe (I was surprised when I saw this too) and other very old songs so I feel like their type of music is still very popular.
