Great video For me as a non keyboardist,Scaler 2 is not only a powerful composing tool, but a great learning aid.Esp for people like me with next to zero theory knowledge I have got by listening to how notes and chords fit together, lol The syc option is invaluable, esp if you have several Scalers in your project, saves a lot of time editing
How many notes they have in common with the currently selected scale. Light gray means some in common, dark grey means none in common. Blue means they're all in scale.
The next update has to be, with multiple instances of scaler, when changing a setting,it changes all other instances, if desired. Manually changing each instance is tedious.
Why did u borrow chords only from the same column? This makes the impression that it is a necessary thing to do but actually u could take any chord from any parallel mode, well maybe excluding those with dark grey caption (chords with no common notes with the original scale).
Man... sorry but I've gotta say it: Black people are SO creative, that Neo-Soul, Jazz, and Hip-Hop players have people inventing an app just to make the progressions we've been doing for decades. Nice app. Peace.
How cool is that chord at the end! Thanks for explaining, Scaler 2 is deep but steep, keep these kind of videos going..
I really liked that one too :) - JC
This is a great and subtle video on music theory without getting bogged down in the rationale why something works! 🎯🏆💯♥️
Brother Casper these are the best videos. Keep them coming. Scaler 2 along with these videos is teaching us to be better musicians. Thank U!
Thanks and will do :) - JC
Great tutorial. Please keep releasing tutorials for Scaler 2. There is so very much to educate on in this program.
Great video

In the settings there is a sync button that will sync all your scaler instances. You can even define which sections you want to sync! Hope that helps!
@@XffugoMxxn Super helpful!
Syncs. That would be mind blowing.

This is the most complicated plugin in existence. It doesn't need to be this complex.
Seems very simple
