Just received my U5 today. Haven’t plugged it in yet but the customer service so far has been outstanding. As a Kiwi in Prague I’m looking forward to some English TV…. More soon…. Mine came with the 1TB HDD and you use the foam strip to stop the HDD moving around in the docking bay.

Very difficult to setup - Per instruction: Step 3, section B says "Align the IR tube of the remote control with the IR tube of the remote control which needs to be learned within 3cm " These are the exact words. What does that mean.. ?? [IR tube of the remote with the IR tube of the remote?]
