Where do we find BuzzTV O/S updates for the boxes when autoupdates won't work.

You need to contact there support team and give them your box serial number and they can push an update if your missing.

Always have loved buzz tv boxes , they are one of the few that actually build and program theur own software os , where many just buy generic boxes and brand them under different names, also I find buzztv boxes are great for iptv playback

Nvidia Shield (Pro), is using TVOS also it was never ment to be a Set Top box, it is a failed Consol.
TVOS is been monitored by Google and feds.
Buzztv is PhoneOS no monitor and it has a app for your streaming and support behind it.
